Springfest is all about public space programming and citizen engagement through art, music and experience. Our goal is to capitalize on Downtown Kamloops’ assets, inspiration, and potential to further create and utilize good public spaces to promote people’s health, happiness, and well-being. The Vibe on Victoria: Live Session (formerly Artisans Alive) program was created to enhance the downtown’s ambiance and vibrancy. These scheduled outdoor live music sessions enhance visitors’ experiences downtown. These lunchtime performances allow local performers to showcase their talents to the community and further their dreams and aspirations. The Santa Claus Parade takes place on the last Sunday in November each year. It is the City’s biggest outdoor celebration, attracting 25,000+ visitors to line the streets each year.
